Dramatic accident in Frosinone. While the patronal celebration was underway, a man was seriously injured behind the church of the Sacred Heart, in Piazza Salvo d'Acquisto.

From what has been reconstructed, the 38-year-old was with some friends on one of those rides equipped with a seat attached with two chains to a horizontal wheel which, once started, makes them spin quickly. The man would have leaned too far from the seats, losing his balance and ending up on the ground very violently.

Rescue was immediate, but the air ambulance that was supposed to transfer him from Latina to a more equipped center was not available and the patient was taken to Spaziani. He's in a coma. His prognosis is guarded.

Investigations by the police are underway.
