The Vicenza Prosecutor's Office , at the end of the investigation into false anti-Covid vaccinations , requested the indictment of the singer Madame, the tennis player Camila Giorgi and 19 other suspects.
According to the prosecution, the objective of those who relied on compliant medical practices was to obtain the green pass to be able to carry out any activity in the era of the pandemic without undergoing the vaccine , as required by law.
Among those under investigation - local newspapers report - is the doctor Erich Volker Goepel , who ended up under house arrest in 2022.
The people for whom the prosecutor Gianni Pipeschi requests the trial are accused, in various capacities, of the crimes of ideological forgery (this is the case of Madame and Giorgi), and corruption and embezzlement.
Four other suspects, including Dr. Daniela Grillone Tecioiu , have asked for a plea bargain.
