But for the judges of the TAR of Florence, things did not go that way and above all "the parents' objections are aimed at obtaining a full-scale criminal investigation into the teachers' actions in their relationships with the student, which is unacceptable".

The appeal was, in fact, declared "inadmissible and in any case unfounded", at the end of the first-degree administrative trial.
