Electrocuted by an electric shock, a 30-year-old worker dies in hospital

Antony Turnone, the 30-year-old worker who was electrocuted while working for a company in a photovoltaic plant in San Donato, in the province of Lecce, didn't make it.
The young man, originally from Martina Franca (Taranto), was maneuvering a mechanical arm to move some containers when the vehicle touched a high voltage cable.
The powerful electric discharge hit him. Immediately rescued, he was taken in red code to the Vito Fazzi hospital in Lecce. Where unfortunately he died.
Carabinieri, firefighters and Spesal inspector intervened on the spot.
