Earthquake in Liguria, magnitude 3.5: alarm among the population

Fear in the night in Liguria for a magnitude 3.5 earthquake that occurred in the Genoa area.

The quake, at 11.41 pm, had the Davagna area as its epicenter , the hypocenter at a depth of 8 km, according to data from the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology

As confirmed by the President of the Region, Giovanni Toti, " there are no critical issues " and there have been no requests arrived at 118 to help citizens. Instead, many phone calls to the emergency numbers for clarification on the earthquake. Already on 22 September an earthquake had always occurred in Liguria but was also felt in the upper part of Tuscany.
