Alessia Pifferi, the 37-year-old who is in prison on charges of aggravated voluntary homicide for having left her sixteen-month-old daughter at home for more than 6 days, then found dead , "had no qualms about leaving the little girl in the house. knowing that he could die of starvation ”.
He preferred to "carry on his relationships and have fun" . This is the reason why the Milan prosecutor Francesco De Tommasi contested, together with that of premeditation, also the aggravating circumstance of futile reasons . In fact, the woman left the little girl alone to be with her new partner, who lives in the Bergamo area, to whom she had told that the child was at the sea with her sister.
Among the contested precautionary requirements there is the danger of a repeat of the crime, because the woman is considered a dangerous person .
DRUG GIRL?
The investigators, at the moment, believe that there is no need to request a psychiatric examination or to carry out a consultation on the mental state of the woman, who appeared lucid in the interrogation in front of prosecutors and investigators.
In the meantime, the prosecutor has ordered an autopsy on the child's body, which will be held in the next few days and which will be able to clarify the exact causes of death, also because the suspicion is that the mother has also made Diana take benzodiazepines .
THE PREVIOUS EPISODES
In the next few days, the investigators will also contest the accusation of abandonment of a minor in Pifferi for the previous episodes in which he would have left his daughter alone in the house: it is, according to what has been known, at least two or three weekends, since last June onwards , when she had re-established her relationship with her partner in Leffe (Bergamo), where she had also gone on the evening of 14 July. It emerged that even between March and April last year, the woman would have left the baby alone at home for at least one evening for an occasional date with another man.
The little girl was born at the end of last January in the house of her current partner (an electrician who is not Diana's father). The mother said she did not know who the child's father is. In addition, the 37-year-old's phone was seized and the investigators, through the analysis of some important chats, are reconstructing Pifferi's life in recent months.
The interrogation is scheduled in the afternoon .
