Tension is growing among the passengers of a Ryanair flight departing from Bergamo and headed for Cagliari , now stuck at the airport without knowing if they will be able to reach the island within the night .

The departure from the airport was scheduled for 16.30 , then postponed to 17.10 . But the plane never took off. "They made us embark in a hurry, then they left us on board, with the aircraft stationary on the runway in the sun", says Giancarlo Moi , returning to Sardinia with his partner. «But once seated and ready to go we understood that something was wrong . So we stayed there, the air conditioning off and the temperature rising more and more with each passing minute. We got to the point where people started feeling sick, people were dripping with sweat,” explains Moi.

Now we just have to wait for news ».
