Clashes outside the Olimpico: stone throwing, Roman salutes and charges

Riot outside the Olympic stadium at the end of the Italian Cup match between Lazio and Roma, which ended 1-0.

Two groups of around two hundred Giallorossi fans tried several times to reach Ponte Milvio to get in touch with the Lazio supporters. Who, before the derby, had raised their arm doing the Roman salute.

There were stones and sticks thrown, but also bottles and firecrackers, against the police who dispersed them with charges in via Cardinal Consalvi, via del Pinturicchio and piazza Mancini.
