The new investigative inspection of the villa on Via Pascoli, in Garlasco (Pavia), where Chiara Poggi was killed on 13 August 2007, ended shortly after 4pm today, Monday.

The inspection activity, decided by the Pavia Public Prosecutor's Office as part of the new investigations involving Andrea Sempio, a friend of the victim's brother , was carried out by the Carabinieri of Milan and the RIS of Cagliari.

According to leaks, it was not a surprise inspection, but a planned activity, so much so that the parties had been notified for some time.

From what we understand, for this new inspection the investigators used lasers, scanners and even drones . The aim of the investigators, according to Tg1, is to reproduce in 3D the interior and exterior of the villa, also to reconstruct the trajectory of the blood traces and the dynamics of the murder. Precisely for this reason the Prosecutor's Office called into action three Carabinieri from the Ris of Cagliari, specialized in 3D reconstruction.

The experts will have to analyze the positioning of the blood traces and the fingerprints , with latest-generation detections, and then compare them with the photographs of the surveys taken in 2007. The Carabinieri of the RIS of Cagliari have asked for 60 days to provide the Pavia prosecutors with the results obtained during the inspection.
