Carol Maltesi killed "because she wanted to move", the truth in the order of the investigating judge
Not an erotic game gone wrong, a voluntary murder: the man, madly in love with the 26-year-old, did not accept the fact that she was "abandoning" him by moving
It was not an erotic game that ended badly that caused Carol Maltesi's death, as her killer Davide Fontana told the investigating judge.
The girl was murdered during sexual intercourse for a specific reason: Fontana "could not accept living without the girl who, between the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, had informed him that she intended to leave Rescaldina and move between the Veronese, where the son lived, and Prague ”, writes the investigating judge of Brescia Angela Corvi in the order validating the arrest of the banker who confessed to the murder of the 26-year-old.
"While agreeing that the Maltesi, with whom he was madly in love, also entertained relationships with different men - explains the investigating judge -, he absolutely could not accept that he would go far away, abandoning him".
For this he "barbarously" took her life, "during an erotic game that they had agreed, taking advantage of the unconditional trust that the young woman placed in him, so much so that she was bound, gagged and hooded, making herself helpless in his hands".
Fontana, the investigating judge recalls, killed "a very young woman, the mother of a very young child, guilty only of wanting to follow her own projects and aspirations away from the suspect".
