Collision between cars, child thrown from the window: help is useless. The accident in the province of Pavia

A 5-year-old girl died in hospital following injuries sustained in a road accident that took place today, shortly after 12, in Vigevano (Pavia).

According to what has been reconstructed, the child was sitting in the back seat of the car which, for reasons yet to be ascertained, collided with another car. The crash was very violent, to the point that the little girl was thrown out of the open window.

After the alarm was raised, the 118 operators immediately arrived on the scene.

All three people involved in the accident, the girl and the two drivers, were taken to hospital, two in Vigevano and one in San Matteo di Pavia. Doctors' attempts to save the little girl's life were unfortunately in vain.
