"The Public Prosecutor, having taken note of the contents of the complaint addressed to him, has in fact registered the fact in form 45, which by law concerns, textually, "acts not constituting news of a crime". And therefore - adds the criminal lawyer - the content of the facts described in the complaint has been considered devoid of any relevance from a criminal perspective. Which means that, not even abstractly, hypotheses of a crime have been considered to exist. Anyone can therefore understand that if there is no crime, there is not and cannot be an investigation ".
