The two, in the night between 2 and 3 January last, set fire to the door of an apartment where a couple of their acquaintances live - the man in particular is disabled, in a wheelchair - who had suffered burns. in the arms and legs.
Before taking action, the two arrested had blocked the door with a clothesline, so as to prevent that he was inside the house from being able to go out, then they had poured out the petrol and finally set the stake.
The 37-year-old and 38-year-old had managed to put out the flames.
