A 40-year-old of Sardinian origins was arrested in Parma for a robbery committed a few years ago in Sardinia.

At the end of the judicial process, the man was definitively sentenced by the Court of Tempio Pausania to a residual sentence of 3 years' imprisonment. He would have participated, with accomplices, in what has been defined as a " punitive expedition " during which the car of an acquaintance was stolen.

To carry out the theft, the group allegedly beat the victim violently, and then fled with the vehicle. The man is now in Parma prison, where he will serve the remainder of his sentence.
