Berlusconi's "Colombian" will, entrepreneur Di Nunzio under investigation: «Falsified deed»

The Piedmontese entrepreneur Marco Di Nunzio , who claims to be among Silvio Berlusconi's heirs due to a non-holographic will signed in Colombia just over two years ago, is under investigation by the Milan Prosecutor's Office.

From what we learn, the prosecutor Roberta Amadeo and the prosecutor Marcello Viola, holders of the file, have registered Di Nunzio since last July for forgery of a will (article 491 of the Criminal Code) following a report from the Colombian diplomatic authorities.

The "official" will of the founder of Forza Italia, who died last June 12, was opened in early July and last September the agreement of full acceptance of the Knight's last wishes by his five children was announced.
