The loot from the robbery that took place last night in Lacchiarella (Milan) is said to have amounted to a large quantity of multimedia and computer material, where around 3 am a gang of several robbers - apparently about fifteen - stormed a trucking center, setting fire to vehicles and scattering nails along the streets to prevent access to the police and ensure their escape.

The robbery was foiled by the security guards, who engaged in a firefight with the criminals, who in turn shot: no one was injured. There are reports of people being intoxicated by the fires, which engulfed about thirteen vehicles.

The trucks were abandoned. Among the vehicles with punctured tires due to the nails scattered by the gang were also a fire engine from the Provincial Command of Milan and a patrol of the Carabinieri.

Meanwhile, we learn that the agents of the flying squad of the Pavia Police Headquarters intercepted, at around 4am, near San Genesio (Pavia) on the Vigentina state road, a van carrying, according to the investigators' hypothesis, part of the gang.

The police blocked the vehicle, from which three people got out and managed to escape into the fields beside the road, despite the police pursuit.

The van was seized and taken to the Pavia Police Headquarters, as was a Toyota Rav4 found in the countryside between Giussago and Turago Bordone, also in the Pavia area, another vehicle used by the gang, according to investigators.
