A 20-year-old girl died yesterday at the San Raffaele hospital in Milan after ten days in a coma.

The cause of death is anaphylactic shock . According to the first investigations, the young woman had eaten a vegan tiramisu which, however, is suspected to contain traces of milk to which the twenty-year-old had been allergic since birth.

The product, called "Tiramisun", was withdrawn from the market today by the Ministry of Health due to the risk of the presence of allergens, as it would contain milk proteins not indicated on the label.

Prosecutor Luca Gaglio has opened a file against unknown persons for manslaughter and ordered the autopsy.
