First reactions to the Berlusconi family's decision to "evict" them from the houses they were using and to stop the monthly allowances of the so-called Olgettine , i.e. the girls involved in the various "Ruby trials", which the former prime minister, who died last June, he had wanted to give a sort of "compensation" for the "image damage" suffered.

Among the most aggressive positions is that of Alessandra Sorcinelli from Cagliari, who announced her intention to sue the Knight's heirs to continue living in a villa in Bernareggio, Brianza. A residence that, she claims, Silvio Berlusconi had given her on loan for use with the promise of giving it to her permanently.

«When I received the registered letter about a month ago asking me to identify a date for the return of the property, claiming that the loan for use will expire on December 31st, I immediately asked my lawyer Luigi Liguori to start a lawsuit against the Berlusconi family ", Sorcinelli explained to Corriere della Sera. Adding: « The loan dates back to 2015 and does not expire . In any case, a one-year notice is required for a possible release, not leaving in a couple of months. It was an act that was part of the compensation agreement that the President had made both me and Barbara Guerra sign which also included a sum of money for the damages we suffered ."

A sum which, Sorcinelli quantifies, in his case would be three million euros , but which he never received.

As for Berlusconi's children, Sorcinelli continues, «if it was really them who made the decision to revoke the loan for use, I think they are not respecting the wishes of a person who is no longer here. When a person passes away, with the inheritance he also leaves unresolved things that the heirs must settle. If I were a daughter, I would wonder what my father wanted to do. I expect that the children will want to close this matter without leaving frustrated and angry people forced to sue to protect their rights."
