8-year-old boy hit and killed by car

Tragedy on Christmas evening along State Road 90 in the Foggia area. An eight-year-old boy was hit and killed by a car.

At the wheel was a woman who stopped immediately to give first aid.

From what emerged, the little boy was playing on the side of the road - which leads to Borgo Segezia, a few kilometers from Foggia - when he was hit.

An ambulance intervened on the spot and transferred him to the Policlinico Riuniti with sirens blaring, but the child died shortly after.

The surveys were carried out by the Traffic Police.
