74-year-old man found dead in his bed: "Beaten to death"

A 74-year-old man was found dead last night in his bed in Massa Finalese, in the province of Modena .

According to the first reconstructions, he was attacked and beaten to blood .

Neighbors said they noticed two people leaving the house . Someone would have seen them in the previous hours using the victim's car. The carabinieri are on their trail.

An autopsy has been ordered, investigations are underway to reconstruct the life context and relationships of the 74-year-old.
