She was tired of having her two adult children at home with her, the first aged 42 and the second aged 40. She tried several times to convince them to find independent accommodation, also because they both have jobs. But the two didn't want to know. So the mother, a 75-year-old woman from Pavia, decided to sue them and judge Simona Caterbi agreed with her: the two children will have to leave their mother's home by December 18th.

The news was published today in the newspaper "La Provincia Pavese".

The mother was reportedly also annoyed by the fact that the two brothers did not contribute to the expenses of the house and did not even want to help her with household activities.

Since his attempts to convince them to start a life of their own were futile, he chose to evict them.

In the judge's ruling it is underlined that "if the stay in the property could initially be considered well-founded", as it was based "on the maintenance obligation incumbent on the parent, it no longer appears justifiable today" considering the fact that "the two defendants are subject over forty".
