Young surfer attacked and killed by a shark, the warning: "Forbidden to enter the water"

A 31-year-old surfer was attacked and killed by a shark in Morro Bay, California.
The BBC reports it citing state authorities. A ban on entering the water for 24 hours has been spread throughout the bay.
The man was pulled out of the water by some swimmers, but he was already dead. Local police said they responded to a report of a male victim "unresponsive on the beach after being pulled out of the water".
The officers were only able to ascertain his death, then ordered the swimmers not to enter the water for the next 24 hours.
