New attack by Russia on the Odessa region with the use of 19 drones and 14 missiles. Governor Oleg Kiper spoke of numerous "hits", such as the one on a "port infrastructure".

“A civilian was injured by the shock wave,” added Kiper, specifying that the man was transferred to hospital. According to the Ukrainian military, Russia conducted the assault with 19 Iranian-made Shahed drones, two Onyx supersonic missiles and 12 other Kalibr missiles. According to the same source, a submarine was also mobilized.

All drones and 11 Kalibr missiles were shot down by air defenses. Odessa suffered "significant" damage and a fire, quickly put out, broke out in a hotel building. Onyx shells destroyed grain warehouses without causing casualties, according to the army, which reported warehouses and businesses damaged by falling debris in Odessa suburbs.

The Ukrainian Air Force specified that Moscow launched the Shahed kamikaze drones from the south-east of Russia (Primorsko-Akhtarsk), while the Kalibr missiles were launched from a ship and a submarine in the Black Sea (Feodosia and Novorossiysk regions) and the Onyx supersonic missiles from the Sevastopol region in occupied Crimea.
