Ukraine, city without electricity and gas. Putin: "We will continue to hit energy infrastructure"
Blackouts and inconvenience not only due to the Moscow raids, but also due to frost and gusts of windVladimir Putin (Ansa)
Russian President Vladimir Putin has said Moscow's troops will continue to target Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
"Yes, we are doing it by hitting Ukraine's energy infrastructure, but who started it?" Putin said on the sidelines of a medal presentation ceremony in the Kremlin, describing the bombing as a response to the explosion that damaged the Crimean bridge built by the Russians and other attacks attributed to Kiev.
And in many areas of Ukraine , especially the eastern ones, the situation is becoming increasingly difficult, precisely because of the massive artillery fire of the Russian armed forces.
Weather conditions also complicate the distribution of electricity.
The Ukrenergo company that manages the network has reported problems and blackouts due not only to the raids in Moscow, but also due to frost, snow, rain and strong gusts of wind.
