Two firefighting helicopters collide in Greece, killing two.

In Greece, two helicopters engaged in combating a forest fire near the capital Athens collided mid-air.

The death toll is two: the crew members of one of the two aircraft involved in the collision.

A fire department spokesperson announced: "The pilots were transported unconscious to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead," said Vassilis Vathrakogiannis, fire department communications director. The crew of the second helicopter were rescued and are not in life-threatening condition.
