The war between Russia and Ukraine "will not end before next summer". This was stated by Oleksiy Arestovych, adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine, who spoke on the broadcast "Feygin Live".

“It can be qualified as a prolonged conflict - he added - or one that lasts from a year and a half to two. Nobody likes a protracted conflict and is partially dangerous. Even Sun Tzu (Chinese general and philosopher, ed) said that war likes speed and doesn't like procrastination».

According to the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine Major General Kyryl Budanov, the fighting is expected to end by the summer of 2023.

Meanwhile, General Sergei Shoigu, Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, went to the Ukrainian territories to visit the troops on the front line. "He made a business trip to the Southern Military District - writes Tass on the basis of a note from the ministry - and inspected the group of troops in the areas of the special military operation". Shoigu spoke with the Russian military and thanked the personnel "for the exemplary execution of combat missions".
