A tourist ship from Cagliari flying the British flag was rejected at the port of Tangier .

On board the Bolette of Fred Olsen about 600 passengers of which 170 positive results at Covid , according to what is reported by the Arabic newspaper Alyaoum24.

The stop in the Sardinian capital took place in the morning of June 27 : at that time the ship was in "free medical practice" , that is, it was not subject to quarantine. The passengers then got out   and they participated in the various excursions respecting the national rules on the spread of the virus, starting with the obligatory mask on board the coaches. The ship then left the Sardinian port in the afternoon towards Tangier.

It is not the first time that Morocco has refused the docking of a ship for coronavirus . On 7 June it was the turn of Mein Schiff Herz , a German cruise ship, which was unable to enter the tourist port of Tangier for the same reason: positive cases in the Covid test among passengers.
