Russia: "Ukrainian drone attack hits industrial plant near Moscow."
Kiev claims to have hit a major refinery

Russia accuses Ukraine of a massive overnight strike and of hitting an "industrial facility" east of Moscow with a drone, while Ukraine claims to have struck a major oil refinery. "A massive drone attack is underway in the Nizhny Novgorod region, which began during the night and continued this morning; over a hundred drones have been destroyed," regional governor Gleb Nikitin said in a statement.
"According to initial information, no casualties have been reported. An industrial plant in the Kstovo district suffered significant damage ," he added, without providing further details on the plant's operations.
