"He tortured some detainees": Al-Masri arrested in Tripoli

The Libyan Attorney General's Office has ordered Almasri's arrest and indictment on charges of torturing detainees and the death of one of them under torture.
Libyan TV station Lybia24 reports this on X, citing a press release from the Prosecutor's Office.
