Over 40 victims of blizzards, many are children

Freeze in cars or stuck under roofs that have collapsed from snow. Thus the 10 children died who, together with 12 other people, were victims of the snowstorms and frost that hit various areas of Pakistan in recent days.

In total, 44 deaths from bad weather causes, with 41 injured.

In Punjab there are also 7 citizens killed by the collapse of a roof.

Also to be noted are the deaths of animals, the total or partial destruction of many homes, serious damage to roads and other infrastructures, including the blocking of traffic.

The Pakistani Meteorological Department fortunately expects an improvement in the weather for the next 72 hours.
