The complaint was presented by Fernando Miguez, owner of the Fundacion por la Paz y el Cambio Climatico de Argentina. According to the laws on the lawsuit filed in court, Icardi and Nara would have cashed a lot of revenue "to avoid international tax payments": their own salaries would be paid with transparent transfers but also in black, in an attempt to turn the money into " legal income ".
