The ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah will be announced after 10 p.m. local time in Lebanon (9 p.m. in Italy) by the United States and France, Lebanese TV al-Jadid reported.

According to leaks, the terms of the agreement will be illustrated in the next few hours by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu , who will explain the agreement as a 60-day "temporary event" that will be tested in the field.

Netanyahu will also present the side agreement with the United States, according to which Israel will have the freedom to attack in Lebanon to eliminate an immediate threat from Hezbollah.

The document was formulated in such a way as to guarantee Israel to attack on Lebanese soil in response to the launching of missiles or explosive devices on the border. If there is a "non-immediate threat", Israel will have to turn to the monitoring committee composed of the United States, Great Britain and France and ask that Lebanon or an international force (on the ground there is the Unifil , led by the Sassari Brigade , ed.) act in its place.

Instead, if the threat is not eliminated, Israel will act alone.

The document was drafted so that there would be plenty of room for Israel to attack, the media noted.
