The mayor of Kiev, Vitaly Klitschko, reported that a fire that broke out in a building in the Solomiansky district of the capital following the explosion of a Russian missile left ten people injured .

According to the Air Force, the Russian army is launching Kinzhal missiles .

The eastern Kharkiv region was also affected , as reported by governor Oleg Synegubov, in particular some residential areas. The air force recorded 16 Russian Tu-95MS strategic bombers in flight.
