A breakthrough in the case of Paolo Moroni, the 42-year-old Italian engineer found dead last Thursday at his home in Amsterdam.
The Dutch police have in fact stopped the alleged killer.
The news was confirmed by the lawyer of Moroni's family.
According to what is learned, the alleged murderer is a North African citizen and would have stabbed the Italian to death.
The crime was committed in the house of the 42-year-old, a native of Allumiere, a municipality on the outskirts of Civitavecchia.
The engineer's family immediately had no doubts that it was a murder case.
The Amsterdam police are continuing their investigations to shed full light on the incident, starting with the motive.
