"Hamas has accepted in principle US President Donald Trump's plan" to end the war in Gaza, which also includes the immediate release of all Israeli hostages in exchange for a gradual withdrawal from the Strip.

The Israeli newspaper Haaretz reports this, citing its own sources. Trump's 21-point plan was outlined by the American president during his meeting with Arab leaders on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly . Hamas, however, denies this, telling the Qatar-based media outlet al Araby that it "has not yet received the Trump plan."

Saudi Arabia's Al-Hadath channel published details of the plan, reporting that it also includes "the release of thousands of Palestinian prisoners, including 100-200 life-sentenced prisoners." The plan includes "the immediate delivery of unlimited aid through the United Nations and international organizations, the closure of the Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF), the collection of Hamas weapons by an Arab and international force, an American commitment not to allow Israel to annex the West Bank, a gradual Israeli withdrawal from the Strip, the creation of an unmanned security corridor around Gaza, and an offer of amnesty to Hamas leaders in exchange for their withdrawal from Gaza ."

The Times of Israel also published the plan's key points, confirming Hadath's predictions. Among others, point 15 states: "The United States will work with Arab and international partners to develop a temporary international stabilization force that will be immediately deployed to Gaza to oversee security in the Strip. The force will develop and train a Palestinian police force, which will serve as a long-term internal security body ."
