Israeli attacks in Gaza: at least 20 Palestinians killed at dawn

At least 20 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli army (IDF) attacks in Gaza since dawn today, Al Jazeera reports, citing medical sources. The death toll includes seven people killed in a home in Gaza City and six people—including several children—who were in a tent near Khan Yunis, in the southern Strip.
And Khan Yunis itself was hit hard yesterday by an IDF raid , which hit the Nasser hospital causing at least 20 deaths, including 5 journalists killed , as well as dozens injured.
