Israel attacks a UN school: "There were terrorists", "False, 27 displaced people massacred"

The Israeli Air Force reports that during the night it attacked a Hamas compound inside a school of the United Nations Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA), in the Nuseirat area, «eliminating several terrorists who were planning to carry out terrorist attacks and promote terrorist activities against IDF troops immediately." The communication arrived on the IDF Telegfram channel.

The press office of the Gaza government run by Hamas, however, announced that at least 27 people died in the Israeli attack: the UNRWA facility was hosting displaced people.

Ismail Al-Thawabta , director of the press office, rejected Israel's claims about the presence of terrorists and spoke of a "horrible massacre", as reported by the BBC.
