Israel officially announced this morning that it accepts the agreement proposal put forward by President Trump.

" Israel wishes to end the war in Gaza based on President Trump's proposal and in accordance with the principles established by the Security Cabinet," declared Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar. Speaking from Budapest last night with his counterpart Peter Szijjarto, he had already anticipated: "We are ready to accept a comprehensive agreement that would end the war, based on the cabinet's decision." The conditions are "the return of our hostages and Hamas laying down its weapons," Sa'ar added last night . "But there are European leaders who are asking us to end the war now, practically unconditionally," he concluded.

In recent days, the US president had presented Hamas with a new proposal for a comprehensive agreement: the release of all hostages (living and dead) on the first day of the agreement in exchange for the release of thousands of Palestinian prisoners, including hundreds of terrorists. And Israel would halt its operation to conquer Gaza City.

Meanwhile, Defense Minister Israel Katz confirmed this morning on his official X profile the imposition of civil sanctions against the families and village residents of those responsible for yesterday's terrorist attack in Jerusalem. Among the measures announced are the demolition of unauthorized buildings and the revocation of 750 work and entry permits to Israel.

Katz said the decision was made on the recommendation of the security apparatus and the coordinator of government activities in the Territories, General Rassan Alyan.
