Two powerful explosions hit an area near the martyrs' cemetery in Kerman, Iran, where the tomb of Qassem Soleimani is located, the head of the Qods forces of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, killed on 3 January 2020 in Iraq in a US operation.
According to an initial estimate, there are over 70 dead and dozens injured.
The explosions occurred while a ceremony in memory of Soleimani was underway.
According to the Tasnim agency, close to the Revolutionary Guards, it was a "terrorist attack".
