Hungary has decided not to approve the disbursement of the next tranche of military support to Ukraine provided under the European Peace Facility (EPF).

Hungary, according to what has been learned, would not agree on the exclusive use of the EPF for Ukraine , as it considers that this allocation does not allow for sufficient funding to be allocated to the promotion of European interests in other regions. Indeed, Budapest would believe that areas such as the Balkans or North Africa should also benefit from such funds.

Meanwhile, in Ukraine, a hail of Russian bombs hit a hospital in Beryslav and a skyscraper in Kherson in the morning. They hit the intensive care unit and central department. As a result of the bombing, about 60 windows were broken in the medical facility and walls were damaged. The Kherson regional prosecutor's office reported that an enemy missile hit a high-rise building in Kherson. Other civilian infrastructure was also damaged by the bombing.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region (south-east) 6,000 families were left without electricity, while in Donetsk a mine with 30 miners was disconnected from the electricity grid.
