Horror in Magaluf , a tourist village on the island of Mallorca , in the Balearics, where former footballer Mourad Lamrabatte died jumping off a cliff.

The tragedy took place under the eyes of his wife and two children who were filming the daring stunt in a video: the man tried to jump from about 30 meters for a dive into the sea , but unfortunately he crashed violently against the rock.

Aid was useless: the man was recovered already lifeless .

According to the autopsy ordered by the local judiciary, he would not have died directly from the injuries sustained in the impact but drowned in a state of semi unconsciousness in which he ended up after the crash in the rocks.

The group was on vacation near the Majorcan resort town of Santa Ponsam, near Magaluf. Lamrabatte, 31, was a footballer for the Dutch team Vitesse .
