Andrew Tate, a former kickboxer with a double American and English passport, was arrested together with his brother Tristan on charges of trafficking in human beings and being part of an organization for the exploitation of prostitution . The arrest took place in Romania.

To frame Tate, close to right-wing extremism and a staunch supporter of the role of absolute subordination of women to men, a video posted in response to Greta Thunberg, with whom he had an exchange on social media that went viral on Wednesday.

The former kickboxer had in fact provoked the environmental activist by listing the 33 cars in his fleet and asking her to calculate how much they pollute.

Greta's response on Twitter was sharp: "Send me more information to smalldickenergy@getalife.com", an invented email address where Tate's lack of virility insinuates and where he is invited to "get a life".

After the "blast", as a counter-replica, the former kickboxer had in turn replied to Thunberg with a video in which he is seen smoking a cigar and eating a pizza delivered to his home by a well-known local Romanian chain, with the box and the logo of the pizzeria clearly visible.

And, according to the reconstructions of some media, the Romanian authorities were waiting for proof that Tate was in the country to intervene . After the video was released, the police raided his villa and the arrest of the man and his brother.
