Alarm sirens went off overnight in Tel Aviv for the first time since January, after Israel broke a ceasefire . The IDF said the warning system went off “following the launch of a missile from Yemen.” The missile was shot down by the Israeli Air Force. Shortly thereafter, Houthi military spokesman Yahya Sarea told Al Masirah TV that a hypersonic missile had been fired at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport and that another had hit the US aircraft carrier Harry Truman in the Red Sea.

Meanwhile , Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip continue , where, since the resumption of hostilities, the Hamas Civil Defense has counted at least 470 deaths. Ten deaths and several injuries were reported this morning in a series of attacks. "At least 10 civilians were killed and dozens more were injured in Israeli air strikes that targeted six homes east of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, in the early hours of Thursday morning," Civil Defense spokesman Mahmoud Bassal told AFP.
