There is no peace for Boris Johnson, after his government's difficulties in containing the new wave of Covid-19 that is putting Britain to the test, electoral disappointments, controversies over the renovation of his Downing Street residence and those for his staff's Christmas parties despite anti-Covid restrictions.
The new tile for the premier of London comes from the Guardian, who released a photograph of him (which dates back to May 2020, when the country was in lockdown) right in Downing Street, in the garden, together with his wife and the staff of his residence - 17 people in all - in defiance of the rules on distancing and anti-assembly provisions.
Not only that: on that occasion the British government had assured that it was just a "business meeting", without alcohol. Instead, in the offending image the bottles of wine are on display on the tables.
