Another night of clashes in France linked to the violence that erupted after the police killing of a very young man in Nanterre, in the banlieue of Paris. over 700 people arrested, 194 in the capital alone.

But the revolt has also reached Switzerland: yesterday evening there were clashes in the center of Lausanne, with urban violence and looting in the Flon district. An Fnac shop and a shoe shop were damaged and looted. About 200 people then confronted the police who arrived in riot gear.
