Mourning in the world of wrestling . Rey Mysterio Sr., legend of the combat sports-entertainment, has died at the age of 66 .
The international media reported this, citing the family of the Mexican wrestler. The cause of the sudden death has not yet been disclosed.
Born Miguel Angel Lopez Diaz and originally from Tijuana, he began fighting in 1976 and last performed last year .
His nephew Oscar Gutierrez Rubio, known as Rey Mysterio Jr., continues the family tradition in WWE.
