The house arrest of Shmuel Peleg, Eitan's grandfather accused of the kidnapping from Italy of the only child who survived the Mottarone tragedy, expires today in Israel.

"I received a legal opinion and I crossed the border with regular validation of passports", said the man interviewed on TV in the last hours, stating that his nephew was happy during the trip.

"On the plane Eitan never stopped asking when we would arrive and shouted: 'let's fly to Israel, let's fly to Israel'", explained the man.

Claims that his paternal uncles Or and Aya, his legal guardian, do not believe, ready to fly to Israel to hug the baby again.

Aya's lawyers, appointed as guardian by the Court of Turin and with a decision confirmed by that of Pavia, are working to support the request made, through Israeli lawyers, to the Tel Aviv Court. Act with which the immediate return of the child to Italy is requested and which, from what has been known, has already led to the activation in Israel of the 1980 Hague Convention, which provides for ensuring the return of the child "to the custodian and country of residence "in cases of international abduction.

The hearing is set for September 29 and Aya will obviously be there.

With the child in Italy, then, the judicial game on the appointment of the guardian and custody could continue, a dispute over the child's skin behind which reasons for religious education are hidden and perhaps also, many point out, economic reasons linked to compensation in the disaster and inheritance proceedings.

On the investigation front, it investigates the "holes" in security that allowed the grandfather, who allegedly had an organized and "supported" "plan", to let his grandson leave, despite the ban on expatriation issued by decision of the judge of Pavia, which had also established the return of the child's Israeli passport.
