Tragedy near Caerphilly, a town in Wales, where a ten-year-old boy, Jack Lis, was killed by a dog.

Sky News reports explaining that the owner, a 28-year-old woman, was arrested on suspicion of not having adequately controlled a dangerous dog.

The child was at the house of a friend, his neighbor, and while the two were playing in the garden he was suddenly attacked by the animal, a pit bull, which left him no way out.

The friend immediately asked for help but when the agents intervened on the scene of the attack and stopped the dog, killing him, there was nothing more to do for the little one.

Gwent police opened an investigation and questioned two other people who spontaneously came to the police station to testify on the matter.
