He had bought a "piggyback" house, examining only the documents and a few photos published on the internet by the agency, but when he saw it he found it different from the description and, in anger, he killed the real estate agent.

A tragedy that took place in Portsmouth, Virginia, cost the life of Soren Arn-Oelschlegel, 41, at the hands of his client, 84-year-old Albert Baglione. The elder, who lived in Alabama, had decided to buy a property and was particularly attracted by an ad on the agency's website. But then, once he had inspected the house, he was so displeased that he pointed a gun at the agent and killed him. He then called the police explaining that he had just committed the murder and when the patrol arrived on the scene he locked himself in a room and killed himself with the same weapon.
