Alessandro Parini, 35 years old from Rome . Graduated with honors from the Massimo high school, he had dedicated himself to legal studies and was a lawyer who dealt with administrative law.
He loved travel and the Middle East, as evidenced by his Facebook page. And last night on one of these trips, in Tel Aviv, he was killed in an attack with a car thrown into the crowd on the seafront of the Israeli city .
At least seven were injured in the attack, including two other Italian tourists , "not serious" specified Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, who spoke to Parini's father to express closeness and condolences.
Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni also expressed her "deep condolences" for the death of Alessandro and expressed "closeness to the victim's family, to the wounded, and solidarity with the State of Israel for the cowardly attack that hit him".
Parini had just arrived in Tel Aviv with a group of friends when a car rushed along the seafront at breakneck speed, running him over.
The bomber, who got out of the car after it overturned, also attempted to shoot into the crowd but was killed by the security guards . The man's identity is not yet known, as the car in which he was traveling had been stolen from an Israeli Arab who, upon inspection, was found in his home.
The episode has rekindled tensions, already very high these days, in the Middle East.
Hamas and Islamic Jihad have not failed to express their satisfaction with the attack described as "a high-level operation" .
